Sour Suver Haze is a well-balanced hybrid strain resulting from the cross of Gorilla Glue #4 and Suver #8. The effects are relaxing but manageable enough for both daytime and nighttime use.

The dominant terpenes in this strain are Myrcene, Caryophyllene, & Bisabolol. The aroma of the flower carries through to the flavor which is gassy and fruity with notes of pine and citrus. If gassy sprite sounds good to you, you’ll enjoy Sour Suver Haze!

Sour Suver Haze CBD live resin is extracted from fresh frozen Sour Suver Haze hemp flower. Extracting this live resin from flower that is frozen from harvest to processing allows for the precious terpenes and potent cannabinoids to come through in the extract and provide the fullest full spectrum experience.

Top shelf CBD live resin is the most sought-after CBD concentrate on the market for a reason, it tastes amazing, and it is potent! The secret to these characteristics is in the method used to extract the live resin from the hemp flower. As soon as the hemp plants are cut down, they are placed in frozen storage and kept frozen until the extraction process is started. Delicious terpenes and cannabinoids that would otherwise be destroyed by the traditional drying and curing process are preserved in the freezing temperatures until they are finally extracted and concentrated into the live resin.

Hemp flower that has been frozen immediately after being cut from the stalk contains phytochemical content that is at its peak. Using this flower as input material for the creation of live resin allows extraction artists to capture the whole essence of the unique hemp cultivar being processed. This means the natural flavors and aromas are concentrated in full within the live resin extract as well as the full range of potent cannabinoids that were present in the hemp flower material.

A sauce-like consistency is most common among live resin concentrates, but wax, crumble, and crystalline consistencies are also possible. It is crucial that live resin is kept in an airtight and lightproof container in a cool, dark, and dry place to maintain the consistency, flavor, and potency.

Compared to other types of CBD concentrates, CBD live resin has the most robust flavors and the highest potency of them all in many cases. Live resin provides a true full spectrum “whole plant” experience which just can’t be had using other types of extracts.

Full spectrum CBD live resin is the connoisseur’s choice, and Sauce Warehouse carries the largest selection of CBD live resin extracts on the web. All live resin for sale at Sauce Warehouse contains less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC and is federally legal.

There are several ways CBD live resin can be consumed. Here are some of the most used methods.

Dabbing

A ‘dab’ is a small amount of hemp extract or CBD concentrate. Dabbing is the act of vaporizing and inhaling a ‘dab’. To do this, a dab rig is used. Dab rigs are glass water pipes that are similar to bongs but instead of a regular bowl they feature a banger or a nail. Dab nails and bangers are specially designed ‘buckets’ that are heated using a butane dab torch or an enail to temperatures high enough to vaporize concentrates. Once heated, a dab tool is used to place a dab of concentrate into the nail. A vapor is produced which is then filtered through water and inhaled.

Live resin should always be dabbed at low temperatures to preserve the terpenes and thus the flavor. If temperatures are too high, you may destroy precious terpenes and cannabinoids which will result in a harsh vapor and burnt flavor. On the other hand, if you dab at too low of a temperature you may not activate the cannabinoids and terpenes at all, and you’ll essentially waste your concentrate.

The optimal temperature range for dabbing live resin is between 315-400 degrees Fahrenheit. You can always start low and increase the temperature to find your preference.

CBD Live Resin Carts

Before the ridiculous PACT laws were passed in the United States, CBD live resin cartridges were becoming increasingly popular. These carts are simply oil cartridges that have been filled with live resin instead of the more common CBD distillates. These carts screw onto a battery and are heated to produce a vapor by pressing a button. What made these so popular was the portability and ease of use, you can take them anywhere!

Dab Pens

Dab pens are portable concentrate vaporizers that have a chamber similar to a nail or banger on a dab rig that is built into the device. These chambers may be heated on their own or in some devices they have coils in them that heat the concentrates. In either case, extracts are placed in the chamber and the chamber is then closed. A button on the device is pressed to heat the chamber and the vapor produced is inhaled through a mouthpiece. These are very easy to use and very portable. Some may argue they are even better than using cartridges because you can use any concentrate you’d like in them.

Topping Flower

Live resin can also be used to top a bowl of flower or spread onto the outside of a joint or blunt. This method can reduce the flavor potential of the live resin, but it can also add flavor to your flower and contribute to a heightened experience.

Oral and Topical Use

You can ingest live resin as it is orally or even added it to food. This isn’t as common as dabbing, but many users prefer this method of use. CBD live resin can also be mixed with your favorite topicals and applied topically.

For those new to dabbing CBD concentrates, the whole process can be a little overwhelming and even intimidating. One must acquire the right tools including a dab rig, dab tool, and dab torch before they can dive into dabbing, and handling the concentrates themselves can be a bit of a learning curve too.

Here are a few mistakes to avoid making your first time:

Touching the Banger/Nail: When you are new to dabbing, you probably haven’t been around searing hot torches and dab nails for very long. And, if you are used to using bongs, you might get the inclination to reach for the nail after taking a hit. DON’T. These nails get extremely hot and can cause serious burns. Be careful to keep the nail away from flammable objects also.

Taking Hot Dabs: This is a tough one for those new to dabbing. You must learn to torch your nail for just the right amount of time and allow it to cool for just long enough to get the perfect temperature. Taking a dab that is too hot will be harsh and taste poor. Taking a dab that is too cool will be a waste. The ideal temperature is around 315–450°F. You should never go above these temperatures. A tool that can make all this temperature stuff easier is an enail. Electronic nails feature a coil that wraps around the nail and maintains a consistent temperature. The coil is attached to a temperature controller that plugs into the wall.

Taking Too Big of a Dab: Overloading your nail with a huge dab can reduce the temperature and result in a less than desirable experience. Amateurs may also underestimate the potency and effect of CBD concentrates and overcompensate with a large dab that they just can’t handle. Take your time and take it slow.

Improper Handling: For starters, dab rigs should be kept on a flat and clear surface away from anything flammable. If you must hold onto the rig, grip it by the base or the main chamber. For those that are new to using dab rigs it is not uncommon for them to mishandle the rig resulting in burns or a broken rig. Use one hand to hold the rig if necessary, and the other hand to handle your dab tool & concentrate.

CBD Live Resin is a full spectrum CBD concentrate, which means it does contain a small amount of Delta-9 THC (<0.3%). It is unlikely this small amount of THC will produce noticeable psychoactive effects in daily cannabis users. However, these concentrates can also contain larger amounts of THCa which converts to Delta-9 THC when heated. Users who are sensitive to THC or those who have a low tolerance to THC may experience a slight psychoactive effect from CBD live resin, especially if it contains higher percentages of THCa.

If you find that CBD live resin causes an undesirable effect, look for concentrates with lower THCa content. You can also look for broad spectrum or THC free concentrates which are also available for purchase here at Sauce Warehouse.
