We are currently shipping to 45 states.

Due to local laws in these states, we are unable to ship to LA, AK, ID, IA, & UT.

Please do not ask us why we cannot ship to you if you live in one of these states! As much as we wish we were above the state laws and the rules put in place by our payment processor, we are NOT. We literally cannot do ANYTHING about this.

Please do not ask us for mail forwarding service suggestions.

Thank you for understanding!

This depends on the type of product, and the individual users unique body chemistry.

All products contain 0.3% or less Delta-9 THC in compliance with federal law. Some contain no detectable THC.

Products containing 0.3% or less Delta-9 THC can still cause intoxicating effects in users who are sensitive to THC. Additionally, THCA may be present in full spectrum products which is converted to psychoactive Delta-9 THC when heated. It is important to look at the 'Total THC' content when considering a products psychoactive potential.

If you would like to avoid a 'high' and any intoxicating effects, please stick to broad spectrum concentrates.

There is always the risk of testing positive on a drug test when using any CBD product, even products that contain no detectable THC.

Trace amounts can still exist in the product and accumulate in your system.

If you are required to pass a drug test, it is best to avoid CBD products altogether. However, if you must use CBD products, stick with CBD isolate.

We do not. We only accept credit/debit cards.

As much as we would like to offer these payment methods, the majority of these payment companies refuse to work with CBD companies selling smokable/inhalable CBD products.

We do carry products that contain no detectable THC. These can be found in our broad spectrum collection.

Concentrates can keep at room temperature for up to a year, sometimes longer.

To preserve your concentrates consistency, flavor, and potency it is always best to keep them in a cool and dark environment such as your fridge or freezer. This may also extend the shelf life.

We currently only ship within the United States.

A Notice to Law Enforcement is a document that we include with every order just in case a package is ever opened by law enforcement during shipping.

This document explains that although the products in the package may look like illegal cannabis, they are in fact federally legal hemp products.

We have never had a package opened by law enforcement. This document is simply our way of exercising an overabundance of caution to protect your package and our company.

Yes we do! Sign up and start earning points here.

Please don't ask us questions like this!

We are forbidden per the FDA's guidelines from mentioning any possible health benefits or making any medical claims about the products on our website.

Again, please do not ask! We will never answer these types of questions. Ever.

We wish we could help you, but these are unfortunately the rules we must follow.

Yes.

All products containing cannabinoids have a QR code on them linking to lab results.

NO.

And no, we don't have any plans to carry these products in the future.

Sorry.

Yes!

Many concentrates can be added to food/drink or simply taken orally right from the container.

You want to look for the type of CBD (or the specific cannabinoid you are using) that is present in the product by checking the lab results.

There are two types of CBD, CBD and CBDA. The acid version of CBD, CBDA, must be decarboxylated before it will be orally active. Decarboxylation instructions can be found here. Decarboxylation converts the CBDA to the orally active CBD.

If the product already contains primarily CBD, and not CBDA, it is already orally active and can be added to food/drink or consumed raw with no extra preparation.

This is generally true for other cannabinoids as well.

Yes.

A Notice to Law Enforcement is included in every shipment.

Sauce Warehouse sources products from processors and vendors across the industry. We rely on these companies to provide us with full panel lab results, but in some cases they simply do not.

As a small business we simply cannot afford the high costs of full panel lab testing on every product we carry.

We always aim to offer full panel lab results on every product we put our label on, but we cannot force another company to do the same.

Our long term goal is to have full panel lab results for every product on our site, and to inspire other companies to do the same. We haven't reached this goal yet, but we are certainly getting closer everyday.

We appreciate all of our loyal customers and supporters for understanding the struggles we face as a small business trying to make it in a large industry, and for believing in our vision as much as we do. We could not reach our goals without you!
